1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, we will send you a silicone putty kit to create your fingerprint impression at home.
2. Fingerprint Impression: Follow the included instructions to easily make a mold of the fingerprint you'd like on your ring.
3. Shipping: Please return your fingerprint impression back to us (CUSTOMER is responsible for RETURN SHIPPING). Once we receive it, and begin crafting your personalized ring.
4. Delivery: Your custom fingerprint ring will be lovingly made and shipped back to you, ready to wear and cherish.

US domestic shipping
Please see individual items for turnaround time and shipping options. I ship First Class Insured on most packages, and you have the option to upgrade shipping in your cart. Once packages are dropped off at the post office I am no longer in control of your package. NMS is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages caused by postal carriers.
If orders are returned to me due to an improper address or if the shipping company claims it was undeliverable for any reason, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to ship back to you. If you would like your order refunded, you are responsible for all shipping costs and they cannot be refunded.
Domestic delivery usually takes 3-10 business days.
International shipping
You are responsible for any customs tax, fees, or charges that might occur, you can contact your countries customs department prior to ordering to find out what these fees will be.
When purchasing from our shop, you the buyer agree to pay customs fees upon delivery to your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the importing and exporting requirements of your country have been met, failure to do so may result in seizure of your shipment. Shipping costs will not be refunded if the item is sent back to us due to failure to pay customs fees.
We cannot and will not change the price of an order on customs information, or mark as gift.
